Parenting Doesn’t Come with a Manual: Parent Resources and Support

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual, but it does come with opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen your connection with your child.

Keystone Child, Youth and Family Services offer a variety of free workshops and groups for parents, caregivers, children, and youth. Their workshops help parents and caregivers learn more about their child’s needs and how to support them. They also run goal-focused groups for children and youth to build skills and support their growth.

Starting soon is a Circle of Security Parenting Program, an 8-week group designed to help parents and caregivers better understand their child’s emotional needs, support emotional regulation, and build secure relationships.

Together, you will explore:

  • Understanding your child’s emotional world
  • Supporting emotional development
  • Building self-esteem and resilience
  • Strengthening your parent-child connection

July 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 22, 29 & August 5

Keystone Child, Youth and Family Services offers more services under their Brighter Futures Programs:
